With each ReviewRoom*, a complimentary Quick Start session is provided with a ReviewRoom Expert. The personalized session will take you through the entire set-up process, including implementing application guidelines and workflows, branding the external homepage, building data collection forms, adding reviewers, evaluating applications, and more. We’ll make sure that your transition to ReviewRoom is seamless!
During the personalized 2 hour Quick Start session, our experts will help you with:
- Setting up the design of the application workflow (applicant & reviewer side).
- Branding & formatting the front page.
- Construction of online data collection forms.
- Integrating additional resources (FAQ pages, eligibility criteria, etc).
- Setting up user based permissions for applicants & reviewers.
- Implementing automated triggers to reduce the administrative workload.
