ReviewRoom Update: Our Document Viewer Has Been Overhauled!

Today at ReviewRoom, we unveil to you our brand new document viewer. This is one sleek, gorgeous piece of software that we can’t wait to show off!

Let’s take a look at all of the buttons and controls and get familiar with them.

1. “Quick Jump” to Any Page

Each page of your document will be pre-loaded and a small preview of its content will be shown in a vertical list. You can quickly and easily jump to any page of your document using this list.

2. Page Navigation

On either side of your document you will see an arrow button that lets you quickly flip to the previous or next page of your document.

3. Search the Contents of the Document

Using this search box, you can easily find exactly what you are looking for inside the document. Simply enter your search string and press enter. ReviewRoom will hide the pages in the “Quick Jump” menu that do not contain what you are looking for, and it will even highlight every instance of your search query in the document viewer window!

4. Document Controls

The document controls allow you to show the comments window, return to your application submission, edit the submitted document by uploading a replacement document, and download the document as a file to your computer.

5. Comment Box

The comment box shows you all comments attached to the current document. If you close the comment box, you can open it again using the Document Controls (see above, 4. Document Controls).

6. Toggle Document Controls On/Off

To improve your view of the document, you can choose to hide the document controls and page navigation buttons by clicking this button.
